DESCRIPTION:Join us in the 7th Floor Auditorium of Shepherd Center to explore the world of adaptive yoga with Certified Yoga Instructors through educational and hands-on demonstrations.The $20 registration fee includes a T-shirt\, instruction\, and equipment. Financial assistance is available for most programs.Registration is required for all events and opens at least six weeks prior to the start of the class or course. Most courses require a small fee; however\, financial assistance is available.
