About Project Rollway

Project Rollway is an annual fashion show at Shepherd Center that features fashion modeling by current and former teenage patients from our Adolescent Rehabilitation Program, which focuses on returning teenagers to the highest level of functioning and independence as possible after spinal cord or brain injury.

Your model coordinator will continue to keep in touch with you, but please use this site to check for updated information, especially as we get closer to the event.

Important things to know

  • Details of the event
    • Date: Friday, June 26, 2026
    • Location: Shepherd Center Livingston Gym (GY Level)
    • Pre-show time: 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
    • Live show time: 5:30 p.m.
  • We will be offering hair and makeup services by one of our professionals. If you do not want to participate in hair or makeup, then please let your coordinator know. You will receive a personalized schedule 1-2 weeks prior to the show. Each person will have a variable start time (some will start as early as 1:00 p.m.).
  • Headshots will be taken by a photographer after you are dressed and ready. They will be used during the show.
  • There will be drinks and small bites available prior to the show, but if you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let us know.

Things to do before the event

Please complete the model questionnaire and media consent forms by May 15.

Tickets

  • Each model will be given 3 tickets (at no cost) to share with their family members to attend the show.
  • If you would like additional tickets, they can be purchased for $30 each. Purchase additional Project Rollway tickets.

Housing

If you need housing for the weekend, please check out the Nearby Hotels and Apartments page.

  • Shepherd Center has partnered with several nearby hotels to offer discount room rates for Shepherd patients and/or their family members. Rates may be subject to room availability.
  • Each hotel offers its own array of services, including wheelchair-accessible guest rooms for persons with disabilities. They are listed in alphabetical order.
  • Be sure to ask for the Shepherd Center Rate.
