About

Deborah Finch is a Family Therapist specializing in Acquired Brain Injury at Shepherd Center, where she brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to her work, combining clinical expertise with a strong background in business and global experience.

At the core of Deborah’s approach is a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgment, shame, or anxiety. She believes deeply that every individual deserves to be heard, supported, and empowered — especially during life’s most overwhelming moments.

Deborah’s global perspective is shaped by more than seven years spent living and working outside the United States, with experience in dozens of countries. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys hiking, watching cheesy Korean dramas, reading, gardening, volunteering at an animal shelter, and eating chocolate.
